A lover of numbers and data, Amir translates what people say and do at UC Davis into strategies that help the campus do a better job.
He is exhilarated by the rapid changes in his field of data science, and believes the world is moving toward more data-driven decision making.
Amir has completed a master’s degree in organizational leadership, policy and development from the University of Minnesota. He also holds an MBA and BS from Limkokwing University, Malaysia.
Before joining UC Davis in late 2014, Amir worked for universities in multiple countries, focusing on program evaluation, expansion and growth.
